Elders, Ministers, and Evangelists

The key to reaching the world with the gospel is not more schools or programs, but more capable men and women dedicated to winning the lost for Christ. Evangelism is a collective mission, where individuals are invited into a community that shares the purpose of spreading the gospel and making disciples.

BUC’s Elders, Ministers, and Evangelists are called to shepherd God’s people with compassion, guiding them toward spiritual growth and maturity. They are dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of the congregation, whether through preaching, training, counseling, or serving. Through their leadership, they point individuals to Christ, emphasizing His love, grace, and truth.

Their mission extends beyond Sunday services. They actively engage in outreach initiatives, prayer, and community-building efforts to ensure that the gospel of Jesus Christ reaches all who will listen. These leaders equip and empower others to share in evangelism, nurturing a culture of discipleship that leads to lives of fruitfulness and salvation.

In addition to preaching and teaching, the Elders, Ministers, and Evangelists model godly character and integrity, offering support and guidance to individuals in times of need. They provide spiritual care, serve as prayer warriors, and lead by example, cultivating an environment of unity, peace, and purpose within the church.

Their ultimate commitment is to fulfill the Great Commission by leading others into a deeper relationship with Christ and helping them fulfill their calling as believers.
