Women’s Ministry

On the second Sunday of each month, the BUC Women’s Ministry takes charge of the entire day of services. Guided by Christ’s teachings, the women’s department plays a vital and influential role in the church, home, and community.

Our Vision:

The Women’s Department’s vision is to inspire evangelistic and spiritual development, cultivate leaders, plant churches, and build ministries that lead to transformation.

Our Mission:

To worship God in a way that honours and praises Him, fostering unity through the Spirit.
To expand the Kingdom of God through church planting and evangelism/mission training.
To cultivate openness, strengthen bonds, and foster authentic Christian fellowship among all members.
To equip the saints for ministry, work, and the edification of the body of Christ.
To develop leadership capacity and enhance the operation of spiritual gifts within the church.

The missionary effort of the Women’s Department is dedicated to assisting those in need of help, healing, and/or happiness, whether spiritual or physical. Our work involves a variety of events, such as visiting the shut-ins, fundraising, addressing social needs, supporting missions, providing education, and participating in other programs of the United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) at both the national and local levels.
